Sound Bath: Unravel, Tune-In & Release

Immerse yourself in a full body listening experience and feel yourself shift into a deep state of rest and renewal!

Sound baths have been around for thousands of years and offer you an opportunity to fully unplug from outside distractions and focus on creating relaxation, peace and harmony within. Recent studies have shown that taking part in a sound bath can reduce your stress levels, symptoms of anxiety, negative emotions and physical tension. During this experience you will awaken your senses by listening to rich tones and feel healing vibrations.

Amy will begin with a meditative moment that will prompt you to slow down and become more present, she will pair this with gentle and accessible yoga poses that will unlock your intuition and stretch your body. Once your mind is clear and body warmed up she will guide you through a magical sound bath where you can embrace the support of props, feel nurtured and comfortable listening to the tranquil sounds of her quartz crystal singing bowls. You will emerge feeling rested, relaxed and more deeply connected to yourself.

Restorative & Thai Yoga Massage

Join us for this one of a kind melty mash-up class where our teachers will combine passive Restorative Yoga postures, Guided Meditation and Thai Yoga Massage to create the ultimate relaxation experience.

In this session participants will be guided into restorative postures by Liz while Stella, Amy, and Jonathan move around the room giving special hands on attention to each person, working on areas of the body that hold the most tension.

The practice of Thai Yoga Massage is a hands on stretching release of muscles and fascia, marma point (acupressure, trigger point release), and sen line (energy line) work that unwinds tight muscles and opens energy pathways to restore health and wellbeing to both the physical body and energetic bodies. It is a practice where both giver and receiver benefit from metta or loving kindness.

Restorative Yoga is like a grown up pillow fort of comfort where we use pillows and blankets to support the body so it can relax completely.

YOUR TEACHERS: Liz Baldridge, Stella Cornett, Amy Patterson, and Jonathan Rogers
