what is thai yoga massage?
Thai Yoga Massage is an intermingling of assisted yoga postures and thumbing or palming of the body's natural energy lines through gentle compression. The body is pulled, stretched, rocked, and nurtured.
this therapeutic technique supports you by:

how does it work?
Thai Yoga Massage is practiced on the floor on a large, comfy mat. Props are used as needed to provide maximum ease and support for the body and nervous system. The magic of this work is that you as the receiver don't have to do anything, your practitioner will move and guide your body all while sharing metta - loving kindness. This is a practice of care and compassion. No yoga experience is needed or necessary. Please wear comfortable, easy to move in clothes. Long pants (leggings, sweat pants, joggers) are highly recommended.
